Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Resurfacing of existing campus roadways, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to prepare, repair, and resurface paved roads in accordance with the attached Schedule, Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings. Work includes all associated surface preparation, paving, striping, and restoration necessary to deliver fully serviceable campus roads within the required performance standards. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Dwight D. Eisenhower Veterans Administration Medical Center, 4101 S 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 Payment and Performance bonds are required. Magnitude of VA Project: at $1,000,000.00 - $2,000,000,00 The Contractor shall begin performance within 7 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days Question Deadline 05/13/2026 at 10:00 AM CT No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided; and telephone requests or questions will NOT be accepted.
