Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lancaster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 170-square-foot, one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Veterans Home of California - Lancaster requires Dishwasher and Booster Heater Replacement services on their campus. Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors having attended the mandatory pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid. Scope of Work. Project comprises labor and services necessary for: The project consists of the installation of one (1) commercial dishwasher and booster heater located in the Kitchen, room A136A of Building A, at Veterans Home of California, Lancaster. Provide power service, utility connection, and structural support to the new dishwasher. Removal of the existing dishwasher and associated accessories including existing compact series booster heater and supports. Existing type-II hood with exhaust fan to remain to be reused. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 at 4:00 PM PT Requests for Information (RFI): Should the Contractor discover conflicts, omissions, or errors in the Contract Documents, or have any questions concerning interpretation or clarification of Contract Documents, the Contractor shall immediately submit to the State in writing an RFI
