Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hawthorne, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and transportation facility.

The work consists of Replacement of all taxiway edge lighting fixtures and associated cables and transformers, Replacement of the airfield lighting vault's Constant Current Regulators (CCRs), and Replacement of the airfield lighting control system's ACLS hardware and software. Replacement of runway edge and threshold/end light fixtures, and associated cable and transformers. Replacement of all existing airfield signage and associated transformers, and replacement of airfield guidance sign foundations and surface painted taxiway location markings as needed to rename all taxiways to conform to the naming convention proposed in the current ALP. Replacement the rotating beacon, including a new mounting pole and foundation and any necessary conduit per Plans and Specifications.
