Construct a new campus chiller plant at the Marion VA Medical Center. Work is associated with Project 657A5-21-401 and includes all construction necessary to provide a new centralized chiller plant serving the campus. The estimated construction magnitude is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000, with a required period of performance of 720 calendar days. The project is intended for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), including eligible SDVOSB Joint Ventures. Location: Marion VA Medical Center, 2401 W. Main St., Marion, IL 62959. Estimate of the construction magnitude for this project is between $20,000,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. All questions pertaining to this project are due by 12:00 PM CDT, August 11, 2026. All questions shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer at jeanette.mathena@va.gov and contract specialist at maria.hoover@va.gov. CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ELECTRONICALLY SUBMIT PROPOSAL BY EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (CO) AND CONTRACTING SPECIALIST (CS).
