The project involves landscaping with tree and shrub clearing, construction of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, installation of ADA curb ramps, and pavement marking. Bidders are to submit sealed bids for the outlined work. B. Description of Work: Approximately 9615 SF of new concrete sidewalk, 430 SY of concrete driveway removal and replacement, and restoration along the east side of N Port Washington Rd between W Glencoe Pl and W Fairy Chasm Rd. 1.03 COMPLETION DATES Final Completion: Set forth in the Agreement, and Supplementary Conditions. 1.04 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement, and in the Supplementary Conditions. 1.05 WORK RESTRICTIONS Use of Project Site: A. Location of construction facilities, staging areas, product stockpiles, material storage, and temporary construction shall be removed upon completion of the Work. B. Contractor will be responsible for damages to adjacent roadways. C. Keep existing driveways and entrances clear and available to the public and to the Owner. D. If additional space is needed, obtain and pay for such space off Project Site. E. In Bayside, all operations shall be conducted only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No operations shall be conducted on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. F. not used. G. Due to the residential nature of the work site and its close proximity to homes with children, the Village is requesting that the contractor's crew conduct themselves accordingly. The contractor shall control the use of profane language, provide and ensure the crew uses an approved toilet facility and refrain from the consumption of alcohol on the job site.
