Site work for a civil project in Bayside, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Storm Water Cross Culvert Repair at West Ravine Lane includes removing and reinstalling a 20-foot section of 60" dual wall HDPE storm sewer culvert with granular backfill, installation of an apron endwall in galvanized steel, placement of 120 tons of extra heavy riprap, reuse of salvaged riprap at outfall for repairs, installation of 150 square yards of geotextile fabric type HR, landscaping restoration including topsoil, hydroseed, fertilizer, and erosion mat (200 SY), installation of 20 linear feet of straw wattle, 20 sandbag barriers, 2 inlet protections type B, and traffic control. Bidders must submit a full and complete list of all proposed subcontractors and the class of work each will perform. A Contractor's Qualification Statement is required. The selected contractor must furnish a certificate of insurance and payment and performance bonds in the amount of the bid. Only bids accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid will be considered. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid most advantageous to it, or waive any technicality.
