Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kansas, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility.
General Construction: Provide a single bay PEMB addition onto the existing PEMB. Existing PEMB to receive new metal siding, roof, gutters and downspouts to match the new PEMB finishes. Project also includes a post framed building connected to the PEMB with a connector constructed using typical wood framing. Post framed building to have metal siding, roof, gutters and downspouts to match the new PEMB finishes. Site Work: Repair, replace, and provide new asphalt pavement to accomodate drive aisles and parking for cold storage bay building revisions. Provide concrete pavement and gravel for access to building, and provide bollards around building. Salvage and relocate existing fuel dispenser and propane tank. Provide grading and utility work to accomodate addition. Plumbing Work: Provide trench drains, cold water piping to new hose bibbs, propane piping to new unit heater, and compressed air piping for the building additions. Provide heat trace for cold water piping in unheated storage addition. Make connections to existing utility services as required. HVACWork: Provide one unit heater, one engine exhast system, and general exhaust fans with duct work and wall louvers. Electrical Work: Provide new utility service to building and refeed existing panelboards. Provide interior and exterior lighting, receptacles, access control, and electrical connections to equipment.
