SCOPE OF WORK: This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to renovate the Railroad Cottage per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment "C" and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Minor Construction Services, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference
