Contract 2025-06 includes RJ Hangar and Innovation Center - Phase I. Bids will be received under five prime contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction, Fire Protection Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. Each bidder must deposit a bid security equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid, in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the date of opening. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance within fifteen days after notice of proposal acceptance, as required in the Contract Documents. Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry, and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda, must be used by the contractor in paying labor in connection with the work. All work is subject to the regulations in Division 8 of the Project Manual. The Johnstown-Cambria County Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities.
