Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for the removal and replacement of two air handling units located in the Special Assistance Unit at the James River Correctional Center in Jamestown, North Dakota. The work will include the removal and replacement of the identified air handling units in the Special Assistance Unit Building. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. The bidder must include a copy of their license or certificate of renewal in the required bid bond envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and full bid security, which must be 5% of the full amount of the bid in the form of a bidder's bond. Contractor personnel performing on-site work are required to complete a background check approval process in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 and the FB's CJIS Security Policy.
