Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
The project will generally consist of site grading, miniature golf course design and construction, sidewalk construction, and planting and revegetation. Each bid must be submitted on the basis of a cash payment for work. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Jamestown Tourism Board Chair, 120 2nd Street South East, Jamestown, North Dakota 58401, and be designated as a bid for 'Mini Golf Course Development.' The bid must be accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in North Dakota. If the Principal’s bid is accepted and the contract awarded, the principal, within ten days after the Notice of Award, will be required to execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the principal’s bid and any requirements and conditions of the OWNER.
