Sealed proposals are requested for the following work: 23,074 S.Y. Base Repairs, In Place; 23,074 GAL Asphalt Prime Coat, In Place; 23,074 S.Y. Double Asphalt Seal Coat, In Place; 34,206 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, In Place; 37,121 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, In Place. Option 1. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality. The bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality (discretionary for other municipal types). A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract amount must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days after contract award. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
