Sealed bids for renovations to the Littlestown Borough Municipal Building will be received online via the PennBid Program. The scope includes four prime contracts: General Construction, Plumbing Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. Each bidder must provide a bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check payable to Littlestown Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid, along with Contractor Integrity, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Non-Discrimination Clause, and Contractor Qualifications Statement. This construction work is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, as amended. Littlestown Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
