Renovation of an educational facility in S Royalton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of multiple mechanical system improvements to the Royalton Academy Building (4182 VT-14, Royalton, VT), including ductless heat pumps, a propane boiler, an energy recovery ventilator, and an indirect water heater. Bidders are instructed to examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions before submitting a proposal.
