Approved Shall Fill, In Place 2) Pa-2a State Approved Limestone, In Place 3) 6'' Underdrain, In Place 4) Aashto #1 Clean Limestone Aprone Polk Township will receive bids for the 2026 Firetower Road DGR Project. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified deadline at the Polk Township Municipal Building. All documents and solicitation details can be downloaded online. A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the total bid amount is required, and bonds must be from a surety licensed in Pennsylvania. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting where hard copy bid packages will be distributed. This project is a prevailing wage job. Bidders are required to bid on all items listed on the bid form. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price. The supervisors reserve the right to decline any and all proposals.
