Sealed proposals are being requested for approximately 6,100 linear feet (various sizes) of double wall plastic pipe, approximately 12,000 gallons of diesel fuel, and approximately 5,000 gallons of regular gasoline. All quantities are more or less. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 50% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
