This project consists of providing temporary support, selective demolition, and construction for the replacement of the concrete steps and landing at the covered entry and the concrete steps and landing for the uncovered alternate entry for the Greensburg Police Department located along the south side of Greensburg City Hall. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. A certified check or satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent of the total of the bid must be submitted with each bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply. The City of Greensburg Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The award criteria and basis for rejection will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 05/02/2026 All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date set for bid opening.
