A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Westmoreland County Housing Authority is requesting General Roofing Construction bids for PA 18 Multi-Site 2026 Flat Roof Replacements, which includes Scottdale Manor, Eastgate Manor, Valley Manor, Westgate Manor, Latrobe Manor, Trafford Manor, and Monessen House. Bids must be deposited at the Administrative Office of the Authority and will be opened publicly. Bidders are required to register online to view bid documents and must also register their intent to submit a bid via email to Westmoreland County Housing Associates, Inc., in accordance with bid requirements.
