Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Pike Run Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals will be received for the 2026 Seal Coat Project, which includes 9,300 SY of asphalt seal coat, double application, SRL-G, with no 0.8s and 1.0% washed stone, CRS-2PM. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality. Bids for third class cities must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality; for other municipal types, it is at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract amount within 20 days of the award. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $870.00 per calendar day.
