Remodeling of a laboratory facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a laboratory facility.
Sub-bid proposals are requested for Bid Package #2 - Doors, Frames and Hardware Re-Bid for the BSU Lab Buildout Phase 2 MCMR project. Bids must utilize the specified proposal form and be delivered or emailed to Hoffman Construction Company at the provided address or email by the stated deadline. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program for on-site operations will be provided for general liability. Bids must be complete, clearly labeled with the bid package and project name, and include the bidder’s name and address. Incomplete bids, those lacking affidavits, submitted to other locations, or received after the deadline will not be considered. There will be a public opening of bids, and individual bid responsiveness will be reviewed prior to award. Bids are requested from all qualified firms, including disadvantaged, minority, women, veterans, and emerging small business enterprises.
