Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fort Covington, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,974-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
The work consists of supplying and installing a Pre-Engineered Metal Building on a concrete foundation, building out the interior space, and providing site clearing, expansion of the facility access road, and other improvements to the Transfer Station at 179 County Route 43, Fort Covington, NY. All labor, materials, tools, plant, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the completion of this work are required. Interested bidders must contact the designated office to be added to the proposers list and obtain the proposal documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
