Renovation of a municipal facility in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes the removal and proper disposal of eight rooftop units and their replacement with eight new rooftop units. The scope also includes the addition of one frost-free hose bibb to the rooftop of the Community Development Building. Deschutes County will receive bids for construction services for the removal and proper disposal of eight (8) rooftop units and replace with eight (8) new roof top units. In addition, add one (1) frost -free hose bibb to the roof top at the Community Development Building located at 117 NW Lafayette Ave Bend Oregon 97703 All questions must be made in writing via email to Brent Harding, Facilities Department Project Coordinator at brent.harding@deschutescounty.gov by 2:00 p.m., May 11, 2026.
