The City seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Landscape Architecture Services. Proposals must be submitted in writing with original or electronic signatures, as a paper original in a sealed envelope and as a single .PDF document via email. Proposals received after the due date and time will be considered non-responsive and returned unopened. Requests for clarification or questions must be submitted in writing. Proposers are responsible for notifying the City of any errors or omissions in the RFP prior to submission. Proposals may be withdrawn or modified prior to the submittal deadline by written request. The City may issue addenda to modify the RFP and it is the proposer's responsibility to incorporate all addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive immaterial deviations, and investigate proposers to determine their qualifications. The RFP does not obligate the City to make an award or pay any costs incurred in proposal preparation. Disputes should be resolved through written correspondence, and negotiations may be conducted with the most qualified proposer. Final pricing is subject to negotiation. The City’s Professional Service Agreement will form the basis of the contract.
