The City of La Quinta seeks proposals from professional engineering firms to update the City's Pavement Management Plan. Proposals must be submitted in writing, including one paper original in a sealed envelope and an electronic original in PDF format. Only written proposals will be accepted; oral, facsimile, or telephone proposals or modifications will not be considered. Proposals received after the due date and time will be considered non-responsive and returned unopened. Any requests for clarification or questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. If any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or error is found in the request for proposals or its attachments, the proposer must notify the City in writing for clarification or modification. If a proposer fails to notify the City of a known error prior to the proposal submission date, they submit at their own risk and are not entitled to additional compensation or time if awarded the agreement.
