Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in La Quinta, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of installing metal and fabric shade shelters at multiple schools. The structure will be owner furnished and contractor installed. Material for each shelter will need to be loaded from the district office and respectively delivered to each site. Footings and reinforced steel must be installed as shown on the drawing. Metal structures must be installed per drawings. Irrigation re-routing will be necessary in areas where turf is present and irrigation lines are obstructing footing locations.
