Project Description: The Project consists of the Façade Improvements for the following addresses – Ankeny Building: 502-504 2nd St., 201A, 201B, 201C, 201D, 205, 207, 209, & 211 5th Ave; Ankeny Annex: 506, 508, & 510 S 2nd St; Butcher Building: 220 5th Ave S. Improvements will include the repair, replacement, repoint and reglazing of terra cotta, Repair and repointing of masonry and granite, repair of aggregate wall panels, the removal and replacement of all storefront framing and glazing, and the removal and replacement of the historical 2nd floor windows (Ankeny building). The low bidder is required to return the signed contract and performance bond. The low bidder will also be required to sign a statement to comply with the City's Safety Manual.
