Reference Number 0000422459 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2369.C15106501 Piggyback Contract No The Town of Lyons is seeking proposals for professional environmental consulting services to support a Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) determination for an upcoming stormwater improvement project as part of seeking a loan from the Colorado Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) administered by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The project scope consists of adding curb and gutter, storm pipe, sidewalk, and associated paving to 2nd and 3rd Avenue on north of Main Street (US36). All proposed work is located within previously disturbed areas in established neighborhoods. Please see attached map for proposed locations for improvements.
