Renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Owner has a goal of 20% participation by small business enterprises for this Contract. A general description of the work is contained in the INVITATION TO BID. The Plans for construction of Modifications at Headquarters Boat Dock consist of 8 sheets dated March 2026. The location of the work is shown on Sheet 2 of 8. The Contractor is responsible to field verify all existing conditions as part of its Bid to perform the work. Work includes all project administration, mobilization, construction, staging, safety, and other considerations. Contractor site access restrictions and sequence of work requirements are subject to review and comment by Veolia Water as set forth in Specification Section 01311, SCHEDULE AND SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 All questions related to this proposed Contract, pre-bid presentation, site tour, or interested bidders list must be directed in writing to Millie Neidhardt, District's Senior Procurement Specialist, at eneidhardt@mmsd.com no later than 7 days before the Bid opening date.
