Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all work necessary and incidental for the Fire Alarm Replacement at Mitchell Court. Bids must be sealed and submitted by the stated deadline. Prospective bidders are required to inspect the site before bidding. Compliance with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the contract documents is required. This contract is a Section 3 Covered Contract and encourages participation from Section 3 Business Concerns. Bidders must also comply with requirements for Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) and Section 3 as set forth in the contract documents. Items that shall be part ofthe bid include but are not limited to the following. Bids should include all that is required for this bid package per the plans and specifications. Work is tentatively scheduled to start July 13, 2026 and end by July 12, 2027.
