Site work for a water / sewer project in Prosser, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish a complete closed vessel, medium pressure, high intensity ultraviolet (UV) treatment system. The system shall include UV reactor(s), UV lamps, quartz sleeves, automatic mechanical cleaning system, UV sensors, power and control cabinet(s), local operator interface, and all appurtenances required for a complete and operable installation. The UV manufacturer shall be responsible for equipment sizing, equipment compatibility, installation verification, startup, functional testing, certification of satisfactory operation, and operation and maintenance training. The UV system shall be capable of treating 1,000 gpm under specified operating parameters and shall be supported by third-party validation in accordance with the U.S. EPA Ultraviolet Disinfection Guidance Manual (UVDGM) for the Final Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule, November 2006, without reliance on extrapolation beyond the validated operating envelope. Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for manufacture of an ASR UV Disinfection System. Bids shall be on unit price basis per schedule and in U.S. dollars. Award will be based upon the lowest responsible responsive bid as defined in RCW 39.04. All manufacture and readiness for shipment of equipment must be completed by July 20, 2026. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in certified or cashiers check or bid bond on District form and in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. All bid proposals must be on the form provided and if Successful Bidder fails to enter into the contract within the time specified in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed and be required to sign the Non-Collusion and Debarment Affidavit. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities as informalities.
