As of February 4, 2026, an engineer has been awarded this contract. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The City of Prosser solicits interest from consulting firms for Municipal Engineering and Land Surveying Services. The City may enter into a multi-year general service agreement with a qualified A&E firm to perform a variety of work including, but not limited to, civil and municipal engineering services and engineering administration project management services for water, sewer, irrigation, storm drainage, street projects, comprehensive plans, municipal planning, traffic studies, capital facility plans, technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, plans, specifications, services during construction, funding applications and administration, traffic and parking engineering and analysis, structural engineering, water and wastewater planning and engineering including storm water management. Professional municipal services may include those funded by various state and federal entities. Statements of Qualifications will be reviewed, placed on file for the 2026 calendar year, and will be used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms for specific projects. Selection criteria will include experience, relevant project experience, qualifications of key personnel, familiarity with the City or municipalities of similar size, experience with relevant standards and funding programs, and previous performance on public projects. Locally-owned firms, minority-owned firms, women-owned firms, and small businesses are encouraged to respond. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals received.
