The City of Prosser Solicits Interest From Consulting Firms With Expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering, Design, Construction Management and Administrative Services for a 3-year Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Contract. This Agreement Will Be Executed From Approximately January 27, 2026 Through January 27, 2029 With the Option for the City of Prosser to Extend the Agreement for Additional Time and Negotiated Cost as Necessary. Consultants Will Be Considered for the Following Projects: Byron Road Improvements - Sheridan Avenue to West City Limits Alexander Ct. Phase 2 Improvements - Highland Drive to Wine Country Road Project Description - Byron Road Improvements The Work to Be Performed by the Consultant Will Include, but May Not Be Limited to, Preparing Preliminary Engineering Design and Construction Management for Improvements to 1.0 Mile of Byron Road From Sheridan Avenue to the West City Limits. The Proposed Improvements Include Widening the Road by Full Depth Reclamation (Fdr) to Accommodate Two Lanes of Traffic, Improving the Shoulders, Storm Drainage, Hot Mix Asphalt, Pavement Markings and Other Related Work. All Work is Anticipated to Be Within City Right-of-way. This Project Has Been Assigned a 0% Dbe Goal by Wsdot. Project Description - Alexander Ct. Phase 2 Improvements The Work to Be Performed by the Consultant Will Include, but May Not Be Limited to, Preparing Preliminary Engineering Design and Construction Management for Improvements to .25 Miles of Alexander Ct. Phase 2 From Highland Drive to Wine Country Road. The Proposed Improvements Include Full Depth Reclamation (Fdr), Excavation, Removal of Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk, Storm Drainage, New Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk, Hot Mix Asphalt, Illumination System, Pavement Markings and Other Related Work. All Work is Anticipated to Be Within City Right-of-way. This Project Has Been Assigned a 0% Dbe Goal by Wsdot. The City of Prosser Reserves the Right to Retain the Services of the Successful Firms for Any Subsequent Phases of Preliminary Engineering and Construction Engineering Associated With These Projects.
