Renovation of a laboratory facility in Prosser, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Electrical Installation on Modular Building. Prospective vendors must obtain Developers Agreement from the Benton Public Utility District No. 1. Please review the attached Statement of Work and associated attached documents. Contractors must submit pricing for all items to be considered responsive. Quotes will be evaluated based on criteria listed in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals required to complete the installation of an electrical distribution system. The work includes but is not limited to providing a 120/240V three-phase power system, installing a new meter base, and connecting the power supply to the modular laboratory in full compliance with applicable codes and regulations. A site visit has been scheduled for January 29, 2026, at 8:30 AM PST. Please send the name of the personnel requesting to attend, with the name of the company they represent, to lynn.hults@usda.gov by January 28, 2026, 3:00 PM CST. Questions Questions shall be submitted via email to lynn.hults@usda.gov and are due no later than February 06, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
