Provide material, equipment, and labor to repair, prepare and repaint the Exterior Insulation and Finish System wall surfaces and soffits located at the Greenville Aquatics & Fitness Center. Work must comply with all OSHA safety guidelines. Contractor is responsible for all needed paperwork to obtain required permits, which must be posted prior to commencement of work. A site visit is recommended but not required to submit a bid. Submit bids to Mike Watson, Project Coordinator, by email, mail, or hand delivery before the deadline. Bids must be submitted on the required forms and include all information requested. No bid may be changed or withdrawn after opening unless a written request is made prior to the deadline. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and accept the bid or any portion of it deemed most advantageous. Bids will be binding for 60 days after opening. Written notice of award or purchase order shall constitute the agreement along with the proposal, scope of work, and instructions.
