Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 5:00 PM ET The purpose of this document is to detail the technical specifications and requirements for the installation of the Boviet substation. This includes the installation of the following: steel structures, cable trench, conduit, and ground grid. The substation will be a 115 kV to 15 kV distribution station designed for three 20 MVA (base) power transformers. Only two units will be installed initially. The steel will be tubular steel or wide flange columns installed on drilled pier foundations with aluminum tube bus work and flexible cables for jumpers and leads
