Site work for an educational facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Project includes the replacement of approximately 200 LF of temporary steam condensate hose located in walkable tunnel, and replacement of steam and condensate piping located in an existing manhole Bids will be received for single prime bid construction. All proposals shall be lump sum. Sealed proposals will be received for construction of Old Cafeteria Replacement Steam Manhole & Condensate Piping project. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained electronically from Dewberry Engineers. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Docs note- Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained electronically from Dewberry Engineers located at 2610 Wycliff Road in Raleigh NC. If a hard copy of the set is requested, it may be purchased for a refundable deposit of $300 per set. or may be obtained by those qualified as prime bidders, upon deposit of three hundred dollars ($300.00) in cash or certified check. The full plan deposit will be returned to those bidders provided all documents are returned in good, usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.
