P Bidders must examine the specifications and base their bids upon these specifications. Proposals must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked in red in the lower, left-hand corner with 'HVAC SYSTEM SERVICES.' The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award all or any part of the bid. In the event of identical bids, the School District reserves the right to accept one bid via a random selection process. The successful bidder must promptly execute a satisfactory contract guaranteeing faithful fulfillment of the contract terms.
