Sealed bids are invited for the Bogalusa BAS project at 59406 Hwy 10 (LA-10), Bogalusa, LA 70427. Complete bid documents are available electronically from CFMO Energy LAANG. Printed copies are not provided by the Project Manager but may be arranged through reprographic firms at the bidder's cost. Bidders are responsible for their own reproduction expenses. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required to be eligible to submit a bid. Only contractors who attend the entire mandatory pre-bid conference may submit bids. All bids must include a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and any additional bid items, provided as a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. Bids will be accepted only from contractors licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 in the classifications of ELECTRICAL and/or MECHANICAL, and are required to comply with LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond from a company licensed in Louisiana, equal to 100% of the contract amount, including any additional bid items if required. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after receipt except as permitted by law. Bids may be submitted electronically, and specific instructions for such submissions are provided. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids for just cause. Participation in Louisiana small entrepreneur and veteran-owned business programs is encouraged.
