New construction of an educational facility in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of a New Diesel Automotive Building at Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC), Sullivan Campus, Bogalusa, Louisiana (Project Number: 19-712-21-01, F.19002363). Complete bidding documents are available electronically from Holly & Smith Architects, APAC. Bidders are responsible for their own reproduction costs if printed copies are needed. All bids must include bid security amounting to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Only contractors licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 in Building Construction may submit bids. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five days after receipt, except as provided under LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Award of the contract is contingent upon funding availability. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program (the Hudson Initiative) and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
