Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Need to be present on mandatory meeting May 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET to be able to bid. The project includes the construction of 1,375 linear feet of concrete curb and sidewalk along the south side of Houserville Road between Ivy Hill Drive and Spring Creek Park/Spring Lea Drive, along with related drainage improvements. Bidders must use the forms provided and submit proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Act.
