All material shall be state approved. Any successful bidder must be able to supply materials when requested. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Marion Township. ITEM 1: Various Aggregates - 5,000 tons more or less of the following limestone, FOB plant: #8, #9, #57/#67, #3, #2A, limestone dust. ITEM 2: Anti-Skid: 1,500 tons delivered. ITEM 3: Various Aggregates more or less - Delivered: #2B - 650 tons, #2A - 650 tons, #3 - 525 tons. ITEM 4: Seal Coat: 3,223 square yards double seal coat, in-place. ITEM 5: HDPE Culvert Pipe: Corrugated, perforated bell end - Delivered: 12" - 40 feet, 15" - 1,160 feet, 18" - 320 feet. ITEM 6: Inlet Boxes & Grates - Delivered: 10 Precast 2x4x3 inlet boxes; 10 2x4 steel grates, bicycle safe. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or bid proposals.
