Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glendale, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes the reconstruction of E. Fountain Avenue, from Willow Avenue to Congress Avenue, Ivy Avenue from E. Fountain Avenue to Oak Avenue and the resurfacing of W. Fountian Avenue, Forest Avenue and Forest Place. Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Performance Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All proposals shall be made and properly executed on proposal forms as issued by The Village of Glendale and bound together with other documents and specifications. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Oral answers will not be binding. Requests for information or clarification of the contract documents shall be submitted in writing to the Village Engineer no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
