Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG4) is seeking services for Fire Detection System replacement. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to survey the entire vessel, including all decks, voids, and compartments, and design and develop the required F size Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) system drawings using a commercial computer-aided design (AutoCAD) program. Any potential contractor capable of performing the work to the required standards and wishing to make a competitive quote should submit a capability statement. The prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
