Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the Staker Way Drainage Improvements and 2700 E & De Ville Drive Roadway Improvements in Cottonwood Heights. Work for roadway projects consists of the following items: mobilization; removal of asphalt and concrete; installation of new storm drain facilities; installation of curb and gutter, waterway, driveway, ADA ramps, sidewalks; relocation of trees; placing and compacting new asphalt surface course; and all appurtenant work; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Separate sealed bids will be received and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
