Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Endicott, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes concrete sidewalk and curb replacement, as well as installation of ADA handicap ramps at various locations. Bidders must submit sealed bids. Each successful bidder is required to provide satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the contract amount, as security for faithful performance and payment of all contractor's obligations. The entity reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Owner. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofBids will be given consideration
