The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 201132, titled Replace Fire Alarm System - Ranger School and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following Base Bid: Removal and replacement of the fire alarm system of the Ranger School Main Building, utilizing existing wiring. This includes notification devices in the Director's House and Maintenance building and the installation of additional fixtures in the main building. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 1.50% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 3.00% WBE Goal: 3.00% Removal and replacement of the fire alarm system of the Ranger School Main Building, utilizing existing wiring. This includes notification devices in the Director's House and Maintenance building and the installation of additional fixtures in the main building. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and walk through is scheduled, with prospective bidders gathering at Ranger School. Requests For Information (RFIs) shall be answered collectively and periodically over the course of the bid period through Addenda posted to the Contract Reporter listing. Final RFI submission is due by 4:00pm on May 26, 2026 and final addendum shall be issued by end of business May 28, 2026. Any RFI submitted after such cannot be guaranteed to be answered before bid opening.
