Question Deadline 05/15/2026 All questions should be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. All questions pertaining to the project shall be directed to: Aaron Osborn Public Works Director at publicworksdirector@norwalkoh.com Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Sewer Lining Project in Norwalk, Ohio. Bid packets, which include detailed plans, specifications, and contract documents, are available from the Public Works Director's office for a non-refundable fee of $10. Bidders must observe all requirements in the bid packet, including wage rates, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and must provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. The contract cannot be awarded if the bid price exceeds 10% above the Engineer's estimate. The City of Norwalk retains the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids, and may award the contract to the lowest and best bidder.
