Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: The project is being created to repair concrete structures on different areas of the Imperial Dam and All American Structures. The areas and repairs are listed below: • All American Canal Headworks Main Bridge (phase 2) • Pilot Knob Check (Southwest apron) CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION: 1. Mandatory Meeting - Jobwalk There will be a mandatory meeting and jobwalk to follow which will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., Local Time, at IID’s Imperial Dam Village Conference Room, 2400 Imperial Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283, see map and directions. Firms planning to attend should confirm their attendance with Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent via email to purchasing@iid.com. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (See attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. 2. Questions and Answers Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, June 2, 2026 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website www.iid.com, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, June 4, 2026. 3. Proposal Due Date Imperial Irrigation District will receive responses until 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the office of the purchasing agent, 235 East Barioni Boulevard, PO Box 937, Imperial, CA 92251-0937. All respondents are instructed to furnish, along with their response, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. A Bid Bond form is included with the Response Forms. All respondents are cautioned to provide complete response packages in accordance with all requirements in this complete Primary Request for Proposal. Incomplete submittals will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated for possible award.
