The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide general construction services and materials on an on-call basis as needed by the City. Specifically, we are inviting companies to provide their hourly labor rates (regular and overtime, prevailing wages) for general construction services and/or repairs to City facilities. The length of the contract is from July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2029 with two 1-year renewal options (commencing on July 1st) at the election of the City. Total charges under this contract are not to exceed $75,000. The contract is for “on-call services as-needed” and is not a guarantee that the City will contact you to perform these services. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to meet its operational needs.
