Site work and environmental remediation for a civil project in Hillsborough, California. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
This project stabilizes an essential utility access road with new soldier pile and lag walls at three locations. The scope of work includes new cast-in-drilled-hole concrete pilings with steel piles, wood lagging, and minor drainage. Because this project is located across a creek, creek bank restoration and appropriate environmental stewardship shall be implemented as outline in the contract documents and regulatory permits. The work is to be complete within a period of 50 calendar days. Prospective Bidders unclear as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other proposed contract documents may submit to the Engineer of the Town a written request for interpretation. Questions regarding this Notice Inviting Bids must be directed to both Natalie Gribben and Abdul Hashem, by email at ngribben@hillsborough.net and ahashem@hillsborough.net. The deadline for submitting questions is May 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Award is subject to final approval.
